Claude Champions Playbook
A weekly 15-minute block that moves four champions from using Claude, to owning it, to teaching it.
How this works
Fifteen minutes a week is not where the learning happens. The meeting plants a seed: one capability, shown once and tried once. The week between meetings is where it takes root, because the challenge forces real use on real work.
The arc is deliberate and does not reorder. Champions start as users, become owners, and end as trainers who can carry this to the rest of the firm.
